Welcome to the All Odisha Computer Training Centre Associations (AOCTCA). By becoming a member, accessing our services, or engaging with our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Membership is open to registered computer training institutes and centers operating in Odisha.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
AOCTCA reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership based on eligibility and compliance with association standards.
Members must uphold fair practices in training, certification, and operations.
Institutes must comply with applicable government regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
Any misuse of AOCTCA’s name, logo, or resources without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
AOCTCA provides networking, policy updates, training support, and representation with government bodies.
Services are offered for the benefit of members and should not be exploited for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
AOCTCA may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.
Membership or service-related fees, if applicable, must be paid within the stipulated timeframe.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by AOCTCA.
Members must maintain professionalism in dealings with students, staff, and stakeholders.
Discrimination, malpractice, or unethical conduct will lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
All materials, content, and resources provided by AOCTCA are the property of the association.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use AOCTCA’s resources without written consent.
AOCTCA is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from the independent operations of member institutes.
The association serves as a representative and facilitator, not as a guarantor of institutional services.
AOCTCA reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these Terms & Conditions, misconduct, or non-compliance with regulations.
Members may voluntarily resign by submitting a written request.
AOCTCA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via official communication channels.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and applicable state laws of Odisha.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
