The Association is registered under the Registration of Societies Act, Odisha with its Registrered office at Lane 5, Mallik complex, Jagamara, Pramaya Square, Khandagiri- 751030 and the Geographical boundaries of the state of Odisha as its area of operation. AOCTCA is guided by a charter that emphasizes transparency, quality, and collaboration. Our charter outlines the principles and responsibilities that member centers adhere to, including maintaining high teaching standards, fostering inclusive education, and protecting the rights and interests of learners and trainers. This charter is the foundation of our mission to build Odisha’s IT education ecosystem with integrity.
